Happy Halloween, Colors players! Welcome to Rune's Halloween page, where you, yes, each and everyone of you, can trick or treat for a piece of candy! Let's see...



It looks like we've got green candy today! Perfect, because that's Luigi's color, and in order to earn some candy, you have to do something to honor one of my favorite game series: Luigi's Mansion. Here's what you have to do to earn a piece of candy!

You can:

Ghost warding charms just reminds me of the official artwork of Peach in traditional clothing. So cute! I'd love to see more things like this in Mario games.

A couple of weeks ago was my first time ever playing Mario Party. I picked Luigi because he's a really cool character and I ended up winning against a bunch of other players! It was fun :D

okok I'm a peasant and have never had many game systems, so I'm not sure if this is Luigi's mansion?? But I played a game with my friends where we were playing as different characters and had to avoid/find/defeat ghosts? And it was a lot of fun. Though sometimes people peeked at the ghost's game pad which was pretty rude. BY

Trick or treat! My number one tactic for scary games is lights off to preserve night vision and a sugar high to keep me alert and hypersensitive to every single tiny noise and movement and "WHAT WAS THAT SOUND--!!? I... oh, no, it's just a leaf". Never mind the almost heart attacks.

I remember buying the first Luigi's Mansion game years and years ago when it first came out, and.. I.. gave up on it within minutes I FORGOT WHY EVEN but it was pretty funny and makes me laugh to look back on it because I have no idea what I had against this game back then but.. it defeated me. Luigi's Mansion has defeated me.

Trick or treat! To be honest, I'm terrified of seeing ghosts. Never have seen one, but I can't say I don't believe in them. Science hasn't actually proven that they don't exist, so I like to avoid any and every supernatural summoning phenomenon like Ouija or avoid haunted areas, etc etc. ...if I saw a ghost I am pretty sure I'd be terrified;;

I WANTED TO CRY WHEN I SAW YOUR COMMENT and your post just made it so much better! Luigi's Mansion is one of my favorite games ever, it actually... still stands as one of the only games I've beaten to this day, WHOOPS. I just had such a fun time as a kid playing it, and every time I've replayed it after! One of my favorite rooms is still the ones with all the treasure, where you open up all the chests and it just flies across the room everywhere, haha.

It's a really short game! I really think it does well at getting the whole "spooky and exploring" aspect down without it being too scary (but I think the suspense actually DOES make it kind of scary)?!?! The 3DS version is great, too, one of the best games I've ever played.

Luigi and Luigi's Mansion are just the greatest. I remember as a kid, my cousin and I would always get into fights over who would play Luigi in Mario Party and Mario Kart, because naturally he's the best. I would usually win these fights, mwahaha. GO LUIGI GOOO

It was pretty cool.
